Marriage proposal in Old San Juan, Puerto Rico.
On my last night in San Juan, I took a balmy evening rambling stroll around the old city walls. I passed by Plaza de Totem, popular for the programmed show fountain in the middle. The plaza was empty this particular evening, except for a young man and his girlfriend. When the fountain show went into a quick intermission, he grabbed her hand and ran into the center of the fountain. The show resumed and as water shot up around them on all sides, he asked her to marry him.
